These terms apply to the purchase and use of the global eSIM products provided through SODASIM.

Article 1 Purpose
These Terms govern use of the global eSIM roaming products and related services provided by WhatsRoaming (the "Company").
Article 2 Service and contract
The Company displays product details, price, available countries, and validity period at checkout. Customers review and agree to these Terms and the refund policy before placing an order. Completion of an order or payment does not by itself guarantee profile issuance; issuance depends on the supplier's processing result.
Article 3 Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate order information, including their email address. eSIM profiles, QR codes, and activation codes must not be transferred or shared, and customers must comply with applicable laws and local carrier rules.
Article 4 Price and payment
The amount shown at checkout, in the displayed currency and integer minor unit, applies to the order. Card payments are handled by Toss Payments; the Company does not store raw card numbers or other raw payment credentials.
Article 5 Issuance and use
After payment confirmation, eSIM instructions are provided in the order detail and by email. Customers should check device eSIM compatibility, lock status, and local connectivity before purchase. Availability and quality may depend on local carriers and suppliers.
Article 6 Changes and contact
Where a legal or service change requires it, the Company posts a new version of these Terms and requests renewed consent when required. Customer and privacy-rights requests can be made through the support email.
